All requests for merchandise returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of Kim Overholt Art.

All art sales are final.

Merchandise that has been lost, damaged or stolen during shipping is not covered under this Return Policy.

Fine Art by Kim Overholt reserves the right to assess each Request for Merchandise Return and refund on a per request basis. Fine art by Kim Overholt does not guarantee or imply in any way that a Request for Merchandise Return and refund will be granted, only that we will evaluate the request in consideration of a return and refund.

We make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your art purchase and are committed to providing the best quality to every art collector. However, if for any reason, you should be unsatisfied with your purchase you have the option to contact KimOverholt.com to make a Request for Merchandise Return.

Please do not return mail or ship your purchase back to Kim Overholt Art before you have contacted KimOverholt.com to make a Request for Merchandise Return.

Please provide as much detail about your return, including the reason for the return request along with a contact phone number and preferred time of day that is best to call you.

To make a request for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We may also request proof of purchase.


Upon Approval of a Request for Merchandise Return.

Refunds.
Once your return item has been received and inspected, we will contact you via email (or phone call) to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Restocking Fee.
All returned items are subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is calculated at 20% of the cost of the item being returned, or $25, whichever is the lower of the two calculations. As an example; a $100 item would incur a $20 restocking fee, where as a $300 item would incur a $25 fee.

Items purchased on Sale (discounted).
Items marked on Sale (discounted from their regular price) cannot be returned or refunded. Discounted sale items are considered to be a final sale.

Exchanges.
We do not have an exchange program for any art purchased at Fine Art by Kim Overholt. Because the items are original art pieces, hand painted by Kim Overholt, this makes exchanging any item for a similar replacement unfeasible.

Shipping.
Return ship/mail your item to: Kim Overholt Art, 62 West St. N., Thorold, ON, L2V 2S5, Canada.

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return item to reach us, may vary.

If you are shipping any item over $75 in value, we strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
